Lexington Consulting offers young, motivated and socially competent associates the possibility of becoming partners within a few years. Qualified individuals can progress up the career ladder from Junior Consultant to Consultant, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and eventually to Partner.
Clearly defined steps outline the career path and each of the positions above have a clear profile: To begin with associates concentrate on solving problem components through numerous analyses and evaluations. Team leadership skills are fostered and the amount of responsibility each individual has is increased per project, until the associate is ready to become a professional consultant to the client.
Individuals are encouraged to judge their own capabilities on the basis of specific and universally accepted judgment criteria. To guarantee a stable development and the possibility to discuss and learn from different experiences, each Junior Consultant will be given a mentor, whom will accompany them throughout their career at Lexington Consulting. In addition, specific training programs are offered so that all team members can continually develop core skills and fine-tune expertise.
